This blog contains very short and I hope memorable meditations: words designed to open your heart to your own Pure Being in the Great Love that is limitless and free, laughing and beautiful.
Just absorb them, say them aloud, shout them, sing them, dance them into your mind, flesh and bones. They are living seeds and if you treat them as alive will do their happy secret work in your most hidden heart.
